Please be respectful on all of our forums.

We recommend developers [customize Shelley](/docs/features#customization) first and live with your proposed changes for a week before sending them upstream.

We appreciate it when the human contributor explains the problem they're solving, how they prompted the fix, and mentions what testing they've done. In practice, sometimes a GitHub issue is as good as a contribution!
